By using Atlas Inspect you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What the service is

Atlas Inspect performs a read-only, best-effort inspection of a public website: crawl, metadata, accessibility, performance, sitemap and AI discovery checks. Results describe what a public visitor and an AI crawler could see at the time of the scan.

Acceptable use

• Inspect only sites you own or are authorised to test.
• Do not use the platform to attack, overload, probe private networks or bypass access controls.
• Do not attempt to defeat the rate limits, the URL guard or the engine authentication.
• Do not resell the service as your own without written permission.

Limits

Public http(s) on port 80/443 only. Five inspections per network per hour, two running at once, 40 pages per inspection by default (150 maximum). Reports are kept for up to seven days. Active vulnerability templates are limited to verified Owner domains.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. A clean report is not a guarantee that a site is secure, accessible or compliant, and a finding is not proof of an exploitable vulnerability. Atlas Inspect is not liable for decisions made from a report, for downtime, or for any indirect loss.

Intellectual property

The platform, its interface and its reports are part of the Nova Ecosystem. You may use a report for your own site; do not present it as an official certification.

Changes

These terms may change as the platform changes. The current version is always at this URL.
