Accessibility — Atlas Inspect
Atlas Inspect is a public inspection platform. This statement explains how accessible the
interface is, where it currently falls short, and how to get a barrier fixed.
Standard
The interface is built against WCAG 2.2 level AA. Accessibility is checked
with automated tools (Lighthouse and pa11y) on every release, and the same scanners are part
of what the platform itself reports about other sites.
What is implemented
- Semantic landmarks, one
h1 per page and a visible logical heading order.
- Full keyboard operation: the URL field, licence field, buttons and links are reachable and operable with Tab, Enter and Space.
- A visible focus ring on every interactive element.
- Colour contrast above 4.5:1 for body text on the dark surface.
- Text that reflows to 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling.
- Status messages announced through a live region, so a finished inspection is not silent.
- Charts and scores are printed as text and numbers, never conveyed by colour alone.
- The interface does not autoplay sound or video.
Known limitations
- Dense report tables (headers, findings, crawler matrix) can require horizontal scroll on a phone.
- Page screenshots are images; the text version of every finding is provided next to them.
- The Stripe checkout and customer portal are third-party pages with their own accessibility work.
- Automated scanning finds roughly a third of real barriers; manual testing is still required.
Reporting a barrier
Email support@novaecosystem.live with the page
and what blocked you. Barriers are answered within two working days and fixed in the next
release where the fix is in our control.
Enforcement
If a reply does not resolve the issue you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority
for data matters, or the Greek Ombudsman for accessibility complaints under Greek law.
