Atlas Inspect is operated by Nova Ecosystem. Every message sent to the address below is read by a person; there is no ticket bot, no chatbot and no contact form that silently drops requests.

Support

Email support@novaecosystem.live with the report link (the /?job=… address) if you need help reading a result. The usual reply time is within two working days.

Delete a report or ask what is stored

Any report can be deleted immediately with the Delete button on the report itself. If it has already expired, or you want to know what is held about a domain you own, write to support@novaecosystem.live and include the domain. Data questions are handled under the privacy policy.

Billing and licences

Licences are sold through Stripe, so the receipt and the card are managed by Stripe. For a lost licence key, a plan change or a refund request, email support@novaecosystem.live with the Stripe receipt number. Card details never reach Atlas.

Security reports

If you believe you found a vulnerability in Atlas Inspect itself, email support@novaecosystem.live before disclosing it publicly, and allow time to fix it. A machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Asking for a site to be excluded

Atlas Inspect only inspects a public URL that someone submits. It never crawls on its own. If you own a domain and do not want it inspected, say so at the address above and the domain is added to the refusal list.
